Mrs. Shailaja Nair

Mrs. Shailaja Nair is a post graduate from Bangalore University with a gold medal for securing 2nd rank in her 1st year MA (philosophy). Graduated from Jyoti Nivas College Bangalore, in psychology. Studied throughout in convent schools and worked in various institutions in major metros. She is very passionate about teaching young adults and small children. She is an extrovert by nature, able to motivate and inspire children and young adults. Good networking abilities. Good command on language n a quick learner. Shailaja Nair has gained rich knowledge through 15 years of teaching experience at various levels. She is Montessori trained and has attended training programs and seminars on innovative educational techniques. She has been involved in training children and young adults (2.5 yrs to 21 yrs) in spoken English, soft skills, building self confidence and personality development.
Mr. Anantha Hariharan

Mr. Anantha Hariharan – has an MBA degree and has a total of over 20 years experience in both Administration and Management and has been training soft skills at various colleges / universities for the past seven years. He is a panel member of career guidance and orientation for Bharatiar University responsible for various IT and ITES companies. He has got the best Trainer Award from Bharatiar University for training in communication skills during the Year 2004-2007. He has trained Air Hostess aspirants for a period of three years.
Mrs. Latha Babu

Mrs. Latha Babu – has teaching and training experience for over 19 years. Started her career as a higher secondary teacher and promoted to be a principal of a very reputed Higher Secondary School. She has attended a number of workshops and seminars organised by various book publishers. She has been training students on Communication Skills / Soft Skills for the past seven years.
Ms. Anita Unni

Ms. Anita Unni – Enthusiastic and cheerful person who enjoys being part of a team. She is quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and posses excellent interpersonal skills. Even under significant pressure, she possess a strong ability to perform effectively with high level of confidence and the ability to perform challenging tasks with the ‘can do’ mindset. A people’s person and can empathize with their problems and a good listener too. She has a total of over 16 Years experience in the service sector.

He has a Masters Degree in English and his unflinching commitment to work proven that he is one of the significant Stones in the Crown of Teaching Fraternity.
Mr. C.K.Arivazhagan

Mr. C.K.Arivazhagan – fondly known as Ari in his circle, is a humble, simple and an ever smiling personality. Having gained experience and expertise in the Sales, Marketing and Service Industry for more than 16 plus years, decided to take a break from the monotony of a salaried job lifestyle, where he realised that much more valuable avenues can be reached in life sticking to one’s real interest and the journey of “Knowledge transfer” began. Being an Engineering Graduate specialized in Electronics and Communication, he is now reaching out to different audience to sensitize them that Life is nothing but Communication as a Trainer/Facilitator. Holds a PG Diploma in Marketing Management with additional certifications as a Behavioural Trainer.

Mrs. Sangeetha – is a trainer and an entrepreneur. A person who trains all her students on the skills that is required to be a good entrepreneur. A person who believes learning and teaching are the two basic qualities of any developing personality. She has a Post Graduate Degree from IIFT as a designer.
Mrs. Sheela Deepak

Mrs. Sheela Deepak – She is an open-minded, friendly, responsible, honest and sincere person. She has a mature and responsible approach and attitude to any task undertaken or situation that she is presented with. As a graduate with eight years experience, she possesses an excellent ability to co-ordinate and to communicate comfortably at all levels, therefore ensuring an excellent working environment for all the members of the team to perform at their bests.
V. Prakashan
Trainer
V. Prakashan – a HR-qualified person with experience of working with different nationalities. He worked for more than 15 years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he was Administrative / Property Manager for a Saudi Arabian real estate development and investment company. He was part of the team which was instrumental in finalizing the housing contracts for American and British armed personnel in the Kingdom, built and maintained to international standards. He is responsible for the overall coordination of the project.
